Look what you’ve done.

Take a good look at the picture above, think about how we got here, and accept some form of responsibility in whatever derives from that collaboration. Whether we liked, shared, or reposted; Lol’d, Lmao’d, or Lbar’d. Just know that you and I had some part in creating this monster, and we’re going to have to live with those repercussions in song.

A bit of backstory for those not in tune with the goings on of ‘bout hay: The young lady behind the mic, sandwiched between former Party Monarch champions Gorg and Peter Ram, is Tammy Edwards, whose Instagram story – ranting about an early morning fire drill that interrupted her eyebrow application – spread like wildfire on the internets. The next day, while the whole of Bim was still in stitches, Tammy was subsequently dismissed from her job at iMart.

This feh-ring sparked discussions about wrongful termination (Talking to the SATURDAY SUN, Edwards declined to comment on if she planned to take any legal action), an employee’s social media use while on company time, or in company uniform (pertaining to uploading videos/photos), and how small-minded management failed to turn a viral hit into a marketing opportunity. Tammy, on the other hand, seems to be taking this quasi-fame by the horns – striking while the iron is hot by capitalizing on her 15 minutes before we swiftly move on to the next meme. And what better way to do so than with a tune?

This is reminiscent of the frequently microwaved remy, wing dings, and mapps jokes we chuckled at that eventually evolved into music we now have to tolerate.

Ah well. History is always bound to repeat itself. Until we get Tammy’s release – which we will listen to every note, lyric, brow reference… and LIKE IT – enjoy Jus Jay’s “Fire (Feh) – [One Eyebrow Remix]” below, or download the full version here.
